Abstract

Drug availability is a key indicator of the quality of pharmaceutical services at community health centers that supports the continuity of health care. Monitoring through the electronic Drug Monitoring and Evaluation (e-Monev Obat) application can be used to evaluate the management of indicator drug inventories. This study aims to analyze the availability of indicator medications based on e-Monev Obat data at the Jembatan Kecil Community Health Center in 2025. The study employed a quantitative descriptive design with a retrospective approach to secondary e-Monev Obat data from January through December 2025. All 40 indicator medications were analyzed using total sampling. Descriptive analysis was conducted to describe the monthly percentage of drug availability, availability trends, and the frequency of unavailability of indicator drugs. The results showed that the percentage of indicator drug availability increased from 72.5% in January to 97.5% in December, with an average availability rate for 2025 of 85.8%. The drugs with the highest frequency of unavailability were glimepiride (12 months), furosemide (9 months), oxytocin (8 months), omeprazole (7 months), and haloperidol (6 months). It was concluded that the unavailability of indicator drugs at the Jembatan Kecil Community Health Center improved throughout 2025; however, some indicator drugs continued to experience recurring shortages, necessitating strengthened planning of drug requirements, procurement, and inventory control to ensure the sustained availability of drugs.
